AJ25 participants are treated to a captivating collection of exhibits, including aircraft, memorabilia, and interactive displays that highlight Hinkler's groundbreaking solo flights and contributions to the world of aviation.

Stop #2 - Bundaberg Rum Distillery

The iconic Australian landmark located in Bundaberg, famous for producing one of the country's most well-known rum brands. Visitors to the distillery can enjoy a range of immersive experiences that showcase both the history and the craftsmanship behind Bundaberg Rum.

Guided tours that provide an in-depth look into the rum-making process. You'll learn about the history of Bundaberg Rum, its deep ties to the local community, and the unique techniques used in production. The tour includes stops at the fermenting room, distillation area, and the maturation warehouse where the rum is aged in barrels.

Stop #3 - Bundaberg Brewed Drinks

Bundaberg Brewed Drinks is a renowned Australian producer, famous for its handcrafted range of soft drinks, including its iconic Bundaberg Ginger Beer. This family-owned company has been brewing beverages since 1960, using traditional brewing methods and quality local ingredients. Enjoy an immersive experience of the brewing process and the rich history of the brand.

Offers guided tours of their state-of-the-art brewing facility. During the tour, AJ25 participants can learn about the time-honoured brewing process, from selecting raw ingredients to the fermentation and bottling of their signature drinks. The tours give a behind-the-scenes look at the company's commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Stop #4 - Macadamias Australia - Bundaberg

Macadamias Australia is a premier producer of high-quality macadamia nuts, renowned for its commitment to sustainable farming practices and excellence in nut processing. The farm is one of the largest macadamia growers and processors in Australia, offering visitors a unique insight into the entire lifecycle of macadamia production—from cultivation to processing.

AJ2025 participants can enjoy guided tours of the macadamia orchards, where they will learn about the growing process, from planting and nurturing the trees to harvesting the nuts. The tours also highlight the history and development of the Australian macadamia industry
